"Recharge Station"
A "Recharge Station" is a targeted workshop that comes to the organization and provides staff with a space to pause, reconnect, and gain practical tools for coping with stress, burnout, and the challenges of the times—which sometimes include stressful situations and prolonged exposure to trauma.

A targeted workshop that re-energizes the team in a single workday
As many teams continue working over extended periods with heavy responsibilities, uncertainty, and constant change, we create an opportunity for them to pause, process what is happening, reconnect, and build on the team’s existing strengths.
The workshop combines group and team discussions, tools from the field of resilience, experiential exercises, and mind-body activities tailored to the needs of the organization and the group.
A Recharge Station is tailored to the organization’s needs and can take various forms—ranging from a focused session of about 3 hours, to a half-day activity, to a full resilience day.
The goal is to allow the team to pause for a moment, recharge, and return to their work with a stronger sense of connection, greater clarity, and the tools they need to cope.
For medical teams, educators, local authorities, and emergency services
A Recharge Station is suitable for professional teams, departments, and units within organizations that are under constant pressure or going through periods of change, and that seek to provide their staff with a space for renewal and support within their daily work routine.
Particularly suitable for medical staff, healthcare and social service professionals, educators, local authorities, social organizations, and frontline teams.
Within the organization, where the team works every day
The workshop takes place within the organization itself, based on the belief that resilience must meet people where they work and face challenges every day.
The content, duration, and structure of the session are tailored to the organization’s needs, the nature of the team, and the circumstances in which it operates.
