Since October 7, medical teams, care and social service professionals, educators, and emergency responders have continued to support others amid a reality of overwhelming pressure and uncertainty—often without enough space to pause and process.

Resilience is not just a response to a crisis but a capacity that must be nurtured over time. When we empower those who help others, the impact ripples out to the team and the entire community.

The cost varies depending on the type of program, the number of participants, the location, and the scope of the process.

Mashiv HaRuach is an authorized provider in the National Resilience Database, a recognized provider of the Ministry of Defense, and a provider of Gefen programs, so its activities can be funded from existing budgets.

For the people, teams, and communities on the front lines—those who hold others up, care for them, guide them, and support them over the long term.

Among others: medical and healthcare teams, care and social services professionals, emergency and rescue teams, educational and community systems, local authorities, communities, reservists' wives, and businesses. Each solution is tailored to the unique needs of the organization or group.

A safe space for reflection, processing, and group bonding, along with practical tools for coping with stress and burnout.

Depending on the program, the activities combine group work, resilience-building tools, mind-body work, and experiential activities—and, in longer-term processes, also include ongoing support and integration over time.

We begin with an introductory meeting in which we learn about the needs, challenges, and goals of the organization or group.

From there, we work together to develop the right solution—the type of program, the content, the structure, the duration, and the location. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and each program is tailored to your needs.

Let’s start a conversation. Organizations, communities, and groups interested in a resilience process are invited to contact us, and together we’ll develop the right solution.

Individuals interested in joining our open activities can follow us on social media to receive updates on upcoming events.

We offer a range of solutions, from focused sessions to long-term, in-depth processes: a two-day Journey of Renewal and Resilience, a one-day Resilience in Nature program, a Recharge Station that comes to your organization, and ongoing support to strengthen organizational resilience.

In addition, we develop customized programs for every organization, community, or team, tailored to their goals and the context in which they operate.

No. Much of our work stems from the events of October 7 and the war, but the need for resilience exists in every organization, team, and community that faces stress, responsibility, and change.

We work with organizations on the front lines, as well as with those seeking to proactively build a culture of resilience, belonging, and support.

The resilience of individuals and teams is a key factor in their ability to cope with stress, change, and crises. Resilience-building processes strengthen a sense of belonging, improve communication within the group, facilitate the processing of complex experiences, and support the ability to continue functioning over time.

When we empower the people who support others, we also strengthen the community, the organization, and society as a whole.

Mashiv HaRuach was founded in response to a genuine need on the ground and works to strengthen the people and systems on the front lines. What sets us apart is our combination of practical experience working with thousands of participants, a team of facilitators who are leaders in the fields of resilience and therapy, and methodologies that integrate processing, group connection, mind-body work, and practical tools.

We don't just come to lead activities; we create a space that allows people to grow stronger, connect with one another, and build the capacity to persevere over time.

The team of facilitators includes over 30 professionals and experts in the fields of resilience, therapy, facilitation, and group work, who are among the leading figures in the country.

The facilitators are carefully selected and bring extensive experience working with teams, organizations, and populations going through periods of stress and challenges.

Success is measured on several levels: how participants feel after the activity, the strengthening of a sense of belonging and connection within the group, the acquisition of coping tools, the creation of a shared language of resilience within the organization, and the ability to continue using these tools even after the process has ended.

To date, thousands of participants have taken part in the Mashiv HaRuach programs, and hundreds of workshops and processes have been developed in collaboration with dozens of organizations and communities across the country.
